I am not quite sure on this, 1 to 1 pound ratio or 1 to 1 kilo ratio of protein intake

I am 15, and lets say i weight 120 (easiers then 122) is 120-160 G's of protein acceptable for me, or should it be less ( if it was 1 to 1 kilo ratio)

The recommendation is 0.8g/lb of bodyweight, which for convenience and to "be on the safe side" is almost always rounded up to 1g/lb of bodyweight.

If you're 122 lbs, eat (at least) 122g of protein a day.
