Thanks JWOCK, I think the weight on the sled is 90lbs but not sure. It looks like I'm gonna have a hard time keeping up with my w/o partner BIG C, He got the jump on me this week, But I am glad to hear his wife is doing fine after surgery!

Thanks ALKE, Just keep pushing yourself and you'll hit it. Once you get their it feels good especially when you lift the bar off the rack and it flexes, it just pumps you up even more. The big thing to remember is to keep your form correct.
yeah, thats what I want = the bar to flex :D
Man this looks like a kickass journal. ;) Props bud. A split is splitting up your body into 1-2-3 or so diff. sessions (diff. muscle group every session) over 1 week. :)
As to ALKE: :withstupi ;)

Your pulley/cord machines go up to 330lbs ? wtf
BigBig
11-09-2004, 07:03 AM
Sicilian, the seated pushdown is like the universal gym. It is setup like you are doing a dip but seated then you adjust the plates with a pin. The whole stack is 330lbs. It uses a 1" belt to raise the stack.
