If you are under the recommended age you shouldn't be using them, what's the question? You need to eat FOOD not supplements, lift hard, and get plenty of rest.

If you want a supplement site: http://www.1fast400.com is probably one of, if not, the best sites out there on the net. Great service and great prices. As far as supplement recommendations, as long as you realize that your diet and training are prevalent, it comes down to what your goals are.

If you are cutting, a supplement staple during a cut is the EC (Ephedrine/Caffeine) stack. Many people also like to throw in Yohimbine HCl.

As far as bulking goes, creatine monohydrate is one of the very few proven supplements out there. Although some people are non-responders, it's good to give it a shot to figure out how you respond to it.

Generally, whether you are bulking or cutting, you'd want a good multi-vitamin to take daily. Also fish oil (great source of omega 3 fats EPA/DHA) can aid in general health, as well as nutrient partitioning.

The LA stuff is expensive too .. about $50 for 2lbs of whey protein! I buy mine for about $6 per lb - about 4 times cheaper.
Other stuff is expensive also

Oatmeal is more of a carb source. I'd count nuts as more of a source for fats.

You need to do some research man.

Before you start any supplement/steroid you need to have researched all the pros and cons. If you are underage for supplements, you definately have no business inquiring about steroids. Research is a good thing, do some.

And to answer your questions.....no and no. They are both possible sides, but are controllable and only temporary.

If by ******** you mean penis, no. If by ******** you mean testicles, temporarily (in most cases).
