Apex cookies!! Yummy!!

Anyone else try these? They are high in protein and only 5 grams of fat,160 calories and they come in Chocolate chip,white chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, toffee and peanut butter. :thumbup:

Yup!! They are protein cookies but they actually taste good. You can get them at the gym or online on the Apex fitness site.

They are about $26.00 online for a box of 12 and 2.75 a piece at the gym but when you feel the need for something sweet this really does the job!!

That's not too bad if it can curb a craving, but I know I'd end up eating the whole box at once :).

there are cheaper alternatives as well as healthier ones that you can concoct yourself

They are a little dry but a good alternative when you need something sweet.

K, yeah I had these $2 a pop at my gym, decent, kinda chewy like most protein bars cookies ect.

I had about 2 bites of one before I figured out that I think they taste like sh1t!
