I'll post more recent when I get closer to my goal. I've come a long way since this picture. I have a bit more muscle now and less fat.

Soon, I've really buckled down recently and I want to give it at least 12 more weeks before putting up new pics. Believe me they will be worth waiting for.

Yes, I'm part Hawaiian. I guess the pics ok but my goal is to get into bodybuilding comps. That means getting much buffer!!! I know alot of men think it's gross but it's something I've always wanted to do. I don't plan to look like a man though!!

As long as you don't have an adams apple, guys will still be all over you. :D

I see a nice muscular build going on. Once you cut down a little, those muscles will really stand out. Looks like a good foundation to start with.

BTW, if you ever decide to cut your hair, donate it too www.steroidsmademebald.com. :hide:

I was just kidding about the link. I was reading a pretty funny thread earlier about a guy who did not know all the side effects and thought that it was someone elses fault for not telling him.

I just wish I could find that forum again. Found it in a search I was doing and now I cant locate it.

I did add muscle and started to cut but then decided it wasn't what I wanted so I'm back to bulking. I must admit it did look good but that route would only get me into figure comps not bodybuilding. As for the steroids Men lose enough hair as it is never mind speeding up the process!!

LOL. I am the same way. I have been slowly cutting since March (trying to save as much muscle as possible) and now I feel really small at 232 pounds. Starting to bulk again next Monday. Going to bulk through the winter and start a cut around next June and hopefully be around 245 or so.

Keep us updated, looks like you have the mentality and dedication to achieve your goals. Good to see you posting here.

does your mainecoon make an interrogative p-r-r-r-r-t sound (roll your tongue when you say it) when he wants attention or is responding to you? I had never heard a cat make that sound until we got a cat that was (mostly) mainecoon and it's just the cutest damn thing

yup he does!! He's a great cat but not pure breed. The full Mainecoons can get as big as 35 pounds or so that's why they call them gentle giants.

I'm still currently working on gaining more muscle. My upper body is coming along quite well but my legs need to catch up!! Training hard in the gym!! Diet is key though.
