Im bulking but I feel like I might be gaining too much fat. I might just be paranoid too. Ive attached my weight charts for the last 3 weeks. It adds up to a 5.8 lb increase and a possible 1.5% BF increase. Using a electronic scale with body fat scale. Measurements are made first thing in the morning.
Im on a one on one off lifting cycle alternating between full upper and full lower body.

From a first look I would start by cutting some of those carbs a bit and upping your protein and fat. Something like 40/30/30 p/c/f would be more ideal for bulking. Also, its hard to say much without knowing what you eat. Give us more info.

I was thinking about it last night and I might try zig zagging a little bit. I was thinking 3500 cals on work out days with higher carbs, then 3000 on off days with less carbs. Im on a one on one off work out cycle so this would amount to 3285 cals per day average which would be 22.5 times my body weight. Does this sound like a good idea?
Yeah, that sounds like a good idea.
Try eating a whole food source of protein first thing in the morning.

I usually go for egg whites, but I was out of eggs. So I went with the whey for its quick digestion before my work out.
