Not to bad. The first diet I have tried and it worked! Its called the "Get off your azz and run you fat bastard" diet. Its not hard, just eat less and run more. I started at 219lbs. A week latter, i was 218lbs. A week after that I was 216 and now im 215lbs. This week im going to cut out EVERYTHING that is not clean. No candy, no pop, no chips etc. I want to see if I can drop a few more pounds to reach my goal of 200lbs by new years eve 2004.

Is it just me or does it seem like the next pound is always the hardest mentally to lose?

Take a look at my diet now
7am-can of tuna, 2 slices of bread
12pm-protein bar, 1L of water
4pm- can of tuna, some type of fruit, 30oz whey protein shake
6pm- super, whatever my parents cook

Eat 200G Protein per day
Low carb 50-75G(Brown rice or oatmeal)

Do 45 Minutes cardio when waking up on a Stepper with your heart rate around 140.

Cut the bread.

Dont Eat after the Cardio for 1 hour.

Your meal after cardio should be Protein+ Fats.

You should see amazing results if your 100% with it.

Anymore question ask!

Judging by what I assume your conditions are like at home, that diet is fine.

No I don't think you're poor. I assumed you are a highschool/middleschool student, who doesn't have a lot of time or options in regards to diets. In any case, I'd say get in more EFA's and healthy fats. Olive oil, All natural peanut butter, or something as simple as adding pistachio nuts or almonds will due.
