View Full Version : I quit counting, tired of it...

I think im going to quit counting carbs, cals, pro, fat for the day and focus on just trying to get in around 500 cals 5-6 times a day. Im on a bulk and have found it quite tedious typing in info to figure out what I am eating. It always ends up about what i thought anyways. What do you guys think?

If you're bulking, and not concerned about gaining a little more fat than you would with counting, then go for it.

It's always better to count. Some people know their bodies really well and eat similar things daily, and thus can get away with not counting. The majority of people grossly overestimate the number of calories they're consuming if they don't count.

if you dont count its hard to tell where you're going wrong/right dietwise.
