Gimme the macros ratios please..
I think that.. it sucks! (sorry!)
You mix a lot of carbs(including fructose) with 35-65grams(depending of whether you consume the 4 eggs or not) of fat!?

blackie, he's eating low GI carbs [oats and OJ] {frank, is the OJ fresh or processed?}
would low GI still knock the fat into fat stores?

i agree w/ blackie
it doesn't matter, high gi or not your still under insulin and this will store the fat as fat.

* lose the protein powder and have more eggs. do a 1 yolk for 3 eggs split.
* Have the Flax Oil Later.
Meal two:
Tuna sandwich (low fat mayo, tuna, 12 grain bread, flax seed oil)
1 glass orange juice
*fine so long as theres enough Tuna
Meal three:
Turkey, chicken, Beef or salmon (any meat damnit)
2 Potatoes, or 1 cup rice
veggies
* Fine. I would go for Brown Rice if possible
Meal four
Tuna or turkey sandwich
1 fruit
* MMmmm be carefull of too much bread and sodium in your diet. Might wanna change this meal ... maybe have a turkey salad.
Post workout shake, if a training day
* super
Meal five
Some meat (beef, turkey, chicken, salmon)
Rice, potatoes, or occasional whole wheat pasta
1 glass milk or fruit juice
* this should be your highest calorie meal. again .... looks good.
* You shouldn't need the milk
Before bed:
Some snack, maybe 2 slices 12 grain bread and natty peanut butter or a yummy in da tummy turkey sandwich :D
* again too much bread and carbs here. I'd have 5 egg whites, some milk or/and some cottage cheese and your peanut butter here.
*PLUS ANYTHING ELSE I WANNA EAT, including junk food :D

And remember that you can't make big changes in your daily caloric intake from a day to another.Slightly increase your intake if you want to avoid bloating etc
