Before pictures are from early May '04 right before my marathon. I was about 175ish (6'2). After pictures are from a few days ago at about 200ish. I stopped lifting about 2 months before my marathon and took a 3 month break after my marathon. Started lifting again around the end of August. No leg shots I know, sorry. Oh, and the tan line is from my vacation in Italy I just got back from. Critiques?

Honestly, I cant see a difference of 25 lbs there, but looking lean nonetheless

Legs look massive in that one pic. Upper body is lean with some size. I think you could definetely gain from more overall upperbody size. You look eerily like me. Kinda freaked me out.

thanks for all the compliments guys. i'd agree, my upperbody can use a lot more mass. my legs are still the same size pretty much. haven't worked them much since my marathon; just enough to maintain their current size.
