which of these would be best to mix with my creatin and whey
2. quick oats
Well, splenda would accomplish nothing.
You'll hear varying opinions on the other two. Most will say go for the high GI table sugar, but there are some proponents of low GI carbs. I say it doesn't really matter.

if post workout use the table sugar... if not use the oats......

why not just use dextrose?

I would say either or... whole food or simple sugars, personally I believe as long as carbohydrates are sufficient it will get the job done either way.

try and get your hands on some dextrose/maltodextrin
