i like to eat breadcrumbs on my chicken- not a ton like in restaurants but just breaded, is this okay cuz breadcrumbs arent exactly an ideal carb source. (btw its a chicken brest each day)

as long as you make the breadcrumbs yourself you should be ok
just dont buy the premade breadcrumbs from the store. Those are just bread soaked in oil and fried, so they are loaded with hydrogenated fats

take some whole grain crackers, make sure there clean, no trans-fat or anything, throw em' in a food processor, and youv'e got home made breadcrumbs
I haven't had a cracker since I was probably 8, but aren't most crackers fried in oil? If so you're really not any better off eating a whole wheat cracker than a non-wheat one. Anyway it's all relative, if you're bulking I don't see it being a big deal, but in general I wouldn't use that as any staple of your diet.
