just trying to get an early start on my spring cut, getting a few ideas out the door so i know what I am doing when the tiem comes

i had my mind set on THermorexin for a supplement, then i found this site and read a few more, what do you all think about it?

http://consumerhealthdigest.com/top25.htm

i read some things about how ephedra free stuff blows....it got me thinking, if im really going to all out cut, and use supps, i may as well use the best

that lead me to think about using an ECA stack....ofcourse there is that whole dieing thing that scares me

what is the deal with the health risks about ephedra....and do they really hold true for a young man in good health and good activity level? or is it just true for old, over weight couch pototoes trying slim down?

also any info about ECA stacks, price, where i can buy the stuff I need, and things like that would be very helpful, or if anyone can suggest other supps, thnx

this probably belongs in the supp section, and your question has been asked hundreds of times already, just use the search tool

Most does...T-rex does not.

Search for SalahG's thread on Thermorexin, if you've got the money and aren't ****ing around on this cut, use it. You won't be disappointed. As far as ephedra-free formulas go, most are **** because supplement companies attempted to replace ephedra/ephedrine in the old ephedra inclusive formulas with a bunch of random other things (usually never in high enough quantity). I don't think you can really lump T-rex into that group, because if I recall correctly T-Rex was made after AFStore phased out their NYC stack due to government restrictions. As a result they weren't involved in any mad scramble to get a thermogenic on the market to keep revenue flowing in when the ephedra ban was passed so proper R&D went into it. It's been said many times on this forum and others, but I'll repeat it:

Best thermogenic on the market: Thermorexin
Best "bang for your buck" thermogenic: generic ECA stack

In my personal opinion I wouldn't waste time on anything else currently available.
