Nothing's quite like milk. I stopped drinking it for health reasons. Instead I drink unsweetened soy or rice milk. Good stuff. I also gulp down weight gain shakes of oats, olive oil, and assorted goodies. :alcoholic

It's really not that bad frank. I seriously doubt the substitutes will have less sugar. I'm sure they are sweetened. Try soy milks.

I just checked the label on Silk Soy Milk and the differences are minor. My fat free milk I buy is 80 cals per serving (240mL), 12g sugars, 8g protien. Silk has 100 cals, 6g sugars, 7g protien (same 240 mL serving). I think 6 grams of sugar isn't going to be a huge deal.

you can try low carb milk .... 1 cup has about 70 calories and 2-3 g sugar with 14g protein

That's what I've been drinking as of late. Very low carbs, mucho protein.

Which brand(s)? Looks really expensive. Found some Hood low carb for $3.49/half gallon. That's crazy. Costs me that much for a gallon on the stuff I buy.

Hood is the stuff I buy. It's cheaper than that where I live. I also get a coupon every time I buy it, shaving a buck off.
