eat man! Take it from another hardgainer, gotta up the cals. I didn't really start gaining weight until my diet was atleast 3500 cals, and I'm currently up to around 4600 cals.

you should really think about posting some full body (and better quality) shots. you can't really tell proportion with out them. but it does look like you've mad progress!

If you're a true hardgainer, and having trouble putting on mass, why the HELL you taking shots of your abs? ;) That should be your last concern at the moment. in fact, that shot tells me something: I can see them. hence, you're still lean. ergo, eat more.

yea and consider taking some weight gaining supplements if you cant stomach any more food. drink like 3 or 4 carnation instant breakfast shakes every day. they are 250 calories each. make a post workout shake with carnation and gainer and protein powder... also stuff yourself and just eat one more bite when you think you cant. your stomach's size will increase quickly if you keep filling yourself. this worked for me when i was having trouble gaining. you look like you are still in school, so make sure you eat breakfast or at least drink 1 or 2 carnation shakes. bring something for the time between breakfast and lunch. EAT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN AT LUNCH. when i was in high school i would spend $6.00 - $7.00 every day in the cafeteria and i was about 150 lbs. eat as soon as you get home from school. eat a large dinner, have some dessert. ice cream is good to add calories. eat right before bed. do this religiously and you will gain weight. hope this helps you.
