I'm not sure how accurate those machines are that you find at wal mart but I tried it out today and it read 147/92-which is up from 122/84 about 3 weeks into my cycle. Is this a abnormal increase? I've put on 23lbs during the cycle so far with basically no increase in cardio activity which isn't smart. I only have 14 days left so I'm assuming it won't go up much more. Is there any point in taking a small amounts of a nolva now to help control it for the remaining 2 weeks, or should I just wait till pct and include it with my clomid?
For my next cycle I plan on doing d-bol/test/EQ. Would it be wise to be taking some type of anti-e the whole time to help with the bp problem? I would also like to start doing more cardio from now until then. As long as I up my calories to compensate for it I should be ok in terms of losing any new built muscle correct?
If you really want to fend off BP problems use arimidex and hawthorne berry. My blood pressure had been 150/98, then 162/70. After using arimidex and hawthorne in my next cycle I've been at 125/60.

I dont see any problem... if anything you shouldnt lose muscle when doing cardio anyway seeing as how you are "on" whole reason people use it while dieting.... to maintain/increase muscle even in a caloric deficit... but yah I would say up the cardio some.

I have some hawthorne-how many mg do you take daily when you're on, and when you're off? It says to take anywhere from 500-1000mg but I'm assuming that I should use atleast that when on. I hear arimidex can slow gains down some, is there any truth to that?

I wouldnt put too much faith in those BP machines. You really need to have it check using an adjustable BP cuff. Most of those machines are made for like 11-13" arms. Which most people in this forum have bigger forearms than that. My BP is always high on those machines... like 140/80, but when taken with the correct adjustable cuff its more like 115/70.

The increase is probably more related to the increase in bodyweight than anything else but you should be doing cardio if your cycling.

I use 300mgs per day when I'm on, that seems to do the trick. I don't use anything when off because I don't have BP problems then. Water retention is what destroys my blood pressure. As long as the arimidex dose is moderate (.25-.5mgs eod) there should be no problem with gains. I run it religiously and I don't think it's hurt.

I've read a lot of good things about it, especially the increased appetite. Also it's suppose to be on the safer side compared to deca and not as suppressive.

you'll eventually make your way up to deca/tren :)

I plan on doing some of the heaviest cycles anyone would be willing to do, but I dont plan on every touching deca. So just cause you make progressive increases in drug use etc doesnt mean you have to use certain drugs. I really dont think I will ever use anything but test, tren, dbol, and drol again. I just dont feel deca reaps any special benefits that make it's use necassary for me.
I'm trying deca, just so I can rightfully knock it :D
