can i get a critique on my bulking diet?... ive been eating pretty similar things every day. heres anaverage.

meal one
1 large apple
3/4cup oatbran (dry)
1 scoop whey
1tbs Pb

meal 2
1 cup oats (dry)
1 banana
1 can tuna

meal 3
3 slices of flax bread
1tbs Pb
1 can sardines

meal 4
1 chicken breast
1/2 acorn squash

meal 5
1cup 1% cottage cheese
1/2 scoop whey
2tbs Pb

how does this look overall? what could i change up?
ive gained about 3lbs in about a month and a half.

yeah man, add a couple more meals and some more carbs.

Have a whole food source of protein first thing in the morning.

Add some fats in the form of olive, fish, or flax oil.

3 lbs in 1.5 months isn't terrible (at least you know it's probably lean mass), but you could be gaining faster. You'll have to bump up cals a bit, maybe not as much as everyone is alluding to.
