View Full Version : Bulking Diet Needed

I want to do some serious bulking, so i would greatly appreciate it if you guys would post a diet for me. I know that i need to take 1.5xbodyweight in protein, but thats about it. I'm a hard-gainer, so is a clean bulk the best idea, or would it be best just to eat anything, i guess its called a "dirty bulk?"

I dont think anyone will post a diet for you. Have a look at this (http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=46565) article to see what foods to eat etc.

And also do a search. It has been discussed several times.

A hard-gainer just means you need to eat more than others to gain weight. Start off at 20-25 calories/lb bodyweight for a couple of weeks and see how that works for you. It's quite likely you might even need to eat more.

That's a starting point. Try it out and see what happens.

You're lucky, I have to consume ~4400 calories to gain.
