Well here i am finally decided to do one of these journal things
I need encouragement as i am seeing little gains on my current methods. Setting the seen:
I am doing :
DAY 1 PULL
Barbell Rows, Dumbbell Rows, or Wide Grip Chins ---------------------> Doing 35kg on rows now
Barbell Curls, Close Grip Underhand Chins, or Hammer Curls --------> Doing 15kg comfortable on bar curls and a couple sets on 20Kg
Barbell Deadlifts ----------------------------------------------------> 65Kg
DAY 2 PUSH
Incline or Flat Barbell or Dumbbell Bench Press ---------------> 45kg on Flat Barebell BP
Barbell or Dumbbell Shoulder Presses -------------------------> Barbell Shoulder press on smith machine at 15Kg
Skull Crushers ----------------------------------------------------> 20kg
DAY 3 LEGS
Squats --------------------------------------------------------> 70kg
For my diet i use James weight gaining diet which can be found here:

I have added other clean foods in to go with these meals at certain times, sticking to the diet fairly well though just not keeping to the times that well just such a busy boy
