my carbup starts on friday night after my depletion workout and ends saturday night. i then workout sunday morning and get going on my normal routine.

i'm pretty sure i know the answer but, Is it Okay for me to play basketball on Saturday afternoon? should i eat more carbs to account for this? what do you guys recommend?

in no way do i want to interfere with my program, but i'd like to ball with the boys for a couple of hours.
