Okay I am 6'6" 258lbs I have lost 40 lbs since february. Now I am still carring around a spare tire(Granted its a smaller tire) But I want to get cut. No tire at all.
I have been taking in about 2500 calories a day and am trying to take in 1.5 g of protein per lb but thats becoming harder then I ever imagined it would be. Now do I keep with this diet semi-low in caloried until I get to my goal? Or do I need to change this to some other program? I hope I am not to confusing and if anyone has any kind of advice please let me know.
