I need to consume 1000 more calories a day than I currently am. I think I can add some more milk to my lunch and maybe some apple sauce or something. But I need a good before bed snack that's fairly high in calories and not hard to make. Something like a bagel/cream cheese and glass of milk.

Discuss.

Eat a bowl of pasta and tuna, that should do the job.

2tbsp olive oil
2tbsp natty pb
2 cups milk 1%
2 scoops whey
2 banana's

Blend all that together, should be pretty close to 1000cals depending on the size of the banana.

Why would you ever want to mix dextrose with fat?

I'll second this one. That looks pretty solid to me.

A jar of peanut butter, a spoon, and lots of milk. Quick and easy.

I should mention a couple of things. First, I'm on a clean bulk, so preferably no Burger King or McDonald's. Second, I already have a pwo shake containing 2 cups 2% milk, 2 tbsp's natty pb, 2 scoops ON whey protein and 1/2 cup of oats. I'll go ahead and throw my whole diet in here.

Breakfast:
4 eggs
1/2 cup oats w/ 3/4 cup 2% milk

Lunch:
2 turkey sandwiches, wheat bread, swiss cheese (deli)
2% milk

Snack:
Mixed Nuts (1-2 servings)

Dinner:
2 chicken breasts or 2 cans of tuna
3 red potatos or red beans & rice
2 cups 2% milk

Shake:
2 tbsp natty pb
1/2 cup oats
2 scoops ON whey
2 cups 2% milk

Also take 2 fish oil pills morning and night, 1200 mg each (is that too much?).

This puts me around 3500 calories.

I don't remember, I've been using it on various forums throughout the years. It rocks though.

For breakfast, add an egg. And if you aren't eating whole eggs begin to do so.

During lunch put twice the amount of cheese on your turkey sandwiches as usual.

Add a cup of 2% milk to your snack also.

This would be simple to add and give another 500 calories give or take.

Good suggestions, thanks! I'd rather just add stuff to my diet, I'm not sure I can handle another meal.

Edit: BTW, I eat whole eggs.

Try just adding another shake if you can't stomach another meal. Doesn't have to be a gut busting mega shake. Could be as simple as some milk a banana and oats. Easy calories.

Eat a tub of cottage cheese before you go to bed.

Its impossible to add 1000 calories, IMO you should give up bodybuilding...

How about some Nlarge weight gainer?
