i have gained 15 lbs in 1.5 months i am wonderin if its all water from creatine or no and i dont think its fat because i still have my 6 pack
this is what ive been eatint
meal1:1c oats, 7egg whites, 1 tbsp pb
meal2pwo:3/4c quick oats, 2 scoops whey
meal3:1/c (preecooked measure) brown rice, 8oz chicken, 2 slice ww bread w/slice cheese
meal4: 1c (dry measure) red kidney beans, 6oz steak, 2 slice ww bread w/slice cheese
meal5: 2 scoop casein, 3oz chicken , 1/2c brown rice(pre cooked)
