Welcome :spam:!

I hope you record this on paper or very well in your mind and don't say bull****! ;)

Hey you need some leg press and definately squats... if you squat you dont neccasirly have to Leg Press. I just dont think such a light isolated leg workout will subdue.

Nice work, but I agree with CC 100%, you need squats and pressing movements for those legs!!

Other than that, good work.

What a curl jockey! Good job resisting peer pressure ;p.

Ummm.... curls look good? I dunno lol, to be honest doing so many sets of bicep especially before shoulder is ******ed.... and you know this which is why you can't excuse yourself for doing such a horrible thing. ;)

[Stupid commet] Hoooooooooly guy! [/Stupid comment]

That's a hella lot of volume there!!! Don't let peer pressure take over, just work at your own pace. I'm not too sure why you needed a friend to do sets with you unless you're getting a spot

Keep at it.

The man, doesn't his train back or legs!

Lee Haney's consists of 9 - 12 sets. I don't care who he is, doing that much volume when you already do back on a seperate day is just stupid.

No, it's stupid. You should have done more shoulders and maybe some more abs in that time. Yes, Belo is 45. But he doesn't know wtf he is talking about. He said doing half a ROM on lat pulldowns is one of the best exercises for your shoulders! Best? SHOULDERS? LEGEND!?!>@!>!!>1>?

NO WAY!

No, but I know enough to say that doing nearly double bicep work than shoulder's is just plain ******ed. :)

Levy > Belo, yes. But Levy is aswell a curl jockey. I believe he KNOWS what he's talking about though, just doesn't care.

12 sets of shoulders is fine I suppose, but that aswell might be too much! See what works, but I know that much bi volume wont work.

Also you did like 6 diff exercises for bi, wtf? Do like 2 or maybe 3. And you should have planned to do more shoulder because like I said doing double the bi's is unacceptable at your experience.

Which is exactly what I'm saying; Belo is wrong. And this isn't every once in awhile. Every time I'm at the gym with you or you record your workout down something goes wrong. 10lbs less, 2398732 sets triceps, no leg work, etc.

I sincerely believe you make alot of stuff up and actually do 12 stes bicep ALWAYS.

Today was an okay day, The db presses were going well till the last set. I didn't take a long enough break, and thought i could do another set with the 50's. First attempt, I coudn't get em up. So i asked some1 to spot me up, for first rep. First time he pushed up to early, and it came down on my chest. Second attempt I ****ed up and boom on my neck.

Every now and then 12 sets of Biceps is acceptable.I fully agree with this statement.

And now I present to you........ a villa of useless commas made by Josh:

" I didn't really know what to do on the extensions(weight wise), so i started low and built up, and 195 wasn't to hard, I think i'll PR it next time, and make it GREEN!"

"The reason why I have so much Bicep, is because a friend was there, and he wanted to do bicep with me, there's some stuff I don't know what there called."

"Read the comments Mitch, it explains it all, I shouda finished the comments before posting :P But yeah, I know to much volume, only today though."

"ROFL to both, its not peer pressure, I tried some new excercises, that were pretty good."

"Your example, is called being nice. Anywayz, I don't mind doing some extra bi work, Lee Haney does every now and then. "

"You say I could have done more Shoulders/Abs in that time, well it didn't really effect anything because either way, I was planning to do 6 sets of shoulder and 5 sets of abs, so time was not a concern."

"Once again though, those were low reps i put up, due to the dips, just OWNING my triceps."

"Lol, the only reason I didnt do 4 ppls on calves, is first my legs were sore from squats, and i was to lazy to grab another 2 plates."

"Pullups, were not to good. The DB rows, I thought were good today, I think the reps weren't high cuz my ROM was good."

"I found the weight quite easy, but I was still playing around with the form, and for my first time squating, I am pretty happy."

"Was a lighter day, yeah, but was a solid day, the squats were NOT hard, and I will DEFENITLY increase weight next time"Those sure are a lot of commas!

just because i joke that legs aren't important, doesn't mean im serious. You should know, your the king of sarcasm.I find this quite amusing, since months after you said this your latest leg session contained 7 sets and no squats. Furthermore, the one before it contained similar amounts.

Overall an awesome leg day, though volume was a little too much for the legs.

I'd love for comments, whether they are good ones, or bad ones, just please critique my workout and maybe my exercises, I'd love to hear from all of you.
