ok im here again im ganna try this journal thing one more time but this time i got to stick with it cuz if i wanna start next year for FOOTBALL and i need to
get bigger and stronger. The reason for this is cuz we have some 240 pound 6 foot monsters lifting some crazy weight(at least im faster than those mofos)
well here are my stats:
AGE:15
WEIGHT: 180ish
HEIGHT:5'8ish
BF: 21%
RITE RITE rite now im taking Optimum Whey, Nitro-Tech,Cell-Tech,Glutamine,Optimum Amino Acids and Animal Pak Vitamins and on a diet of no more than 3000000 millicalories :p

You kind of have the same body type I did before I got a lot stronger. When do you plan on reaching you're goals because, right now, they are set a little high. Hard work and a lot of food should help you reach your goals. If you're 15/16 years old you'd pretty much be at the same strength level I was at. Right now, I do the same goals that you have.

PS. I'm trying to be one of those 240 lb 6 foot monsters

FREAK YEA FIRST DAY OF THE 2005 SEASON(for highschool) today i aight all my friging protein ( or almost) which is about 280+ creatine and yea did the prep post workout shake and feel pretty good but i felt slugish today probly cuz i didnt have any carbs :bang: ...till rite now.... ah i already feel good about this season i was the only guy to go to school with protein shake in hand and people are calling me for advice on what supplements to take IT FEELS GREAT :nod: all rite so my workout for today was

Aight guys today was kinda messed up but a really good day. In the morning i forgot to take my protein shake... and i was ticked. But i felt really good throughout the day. For lunch i had some all chicken fajitas with three tortillas, lettuce, avacado, frijoles(beans), and fried riceee. I felt pretty good all day and my energy levels were HIGH. What i did was Cardio today in football were:
First station... Rollover what felt like a frigin 600 pound tire over and over again dont know for how long... but i had another stronger guy help me. Did that for about 7-8 min. By the way this was frigin hard

Second Station we just were going under hurdles over and over and over again. Didn't really feel much from it except from on my hips.

Third station: Had to do Situps for about 5 min straight non stop gave me a good burn at the end. Then did 6 inches up and down for the rest of the time.

Fourth station: Easy, all we had to do was run through ropes and practice running

Fifth station: We did bear crawls the whole time which wernt that hard since we had time to rest

and thats about..... or is it

our coach told us to go try out for wrestling so most of us did and we got there in the middle of their CONDitTIONING!!!..which wasnt that hard and then we broke up into groups and wrestled.... that was HARD! pinned 100% of da time over all this gave me a really good workout and was fun and im thinking about joining the team.....till tomarow(second workout hehehehe)

oooo k today was good im getting all my shakes and protein in but i dont know one thing that im not sure about my daily calorie intake is 3100 but how many calories under this do i need so i can lose weight????also today i saw my first wrestling meet which was so kik ass some of these guys weigh like 170 and pik up other wrestlers like nothin so yea

all rite on thursday did heavy cardio and wrestling afterwards and on friday did lite lifting(forgot what though) and wrestling and this weekend ive really pigged out and ill have to make up for it tomarow so yea oh and also on a full stomach of water im waying in at 181 which is pretty good

where are you so that you start football on nov 17th, or is it the offseason conditioning that your starting, either way- your weak rite now and the great news is that its only gonna get better from there, and since your startin out your strength will SHOOT UP with hard work. Good luck to ya.
BTW, learn about mono/polyunsaturated fats, and then put them into your diet. 15 grams of fat is nothing, if you want to get big,more importantly than 1000$$ worth of supplements, your gonna need some good fats.

ive been reading up on nutrition and anything that i think will help me and i read that your body needs fat in your daily diet because it has to fuse with carbs to actually create energy or some thing like that some im ganna add some fat to this diet and ive learned all this new info........
so yea today when to go work outand i knew it was ganna be a bad workout when i went and i could only rep 115 6 times and 125 3. I was so frigin pissed and my friends that i was working out with are like 10 15 pounds away from 225 which frigin pissed me off and then my ignorant friend was like you dont need creatine and protein to get stronger hes like look at gabe(our cockiest ****ing f ball player just cuz he puts up 225 on bench)he just hits the weights and doesnt drink any of this crap...well sorry im not as genetically gifted as that son of a b***tCH some of us actually need this stuff so f**k you........ sorry i just needed to vent :)

AHHH i just weighed myself right now and i weigh 189 i think its all water weight cuz i look leaner and im getting stronger i just did some diamond pushups and i think i can squeeze out like 15 i think that close grip bench is ganna help my bench sufficiently. Im planning on getting some T-rex prolly ganna order it tonite so yea

okay i have a bunch of issues:

if you are just now starting lifting, put the supplements away. give yourself a couple of months of lifting and just eat right. i know you probably dont want to do this but honestly you are just wasting your money. after you get some strength on you then your protein, creatine, etc... will actually help. but right now you are wasting money on a bunch of stuff that will do nothing for you.

also, 280g a day of protein and you weigh only 180? thats like WAAAAY too much. way too much. 180 is all you need, 1g per each lb of bodyweight. also there is definantly no need for protein if you are just starting lifting and you are trying to lose weight. taking all that crap and eating 3000cals a day is just going to put more weight no you.

for now just drop the protein (maybe 100g a day is all you really need right now) and i would honestly say that you have no need for creatine if you are just starting lifting.

edit: wow i didnt even realize you are only 15. seriously you are way too young to be taking all those supps and crap dude. you seriously need to stop with all that crap, you are just wasting money. i dont know who told you that taking like 6 diff supplements at age 15 is what you need to do, but they are wrong. quite wasting your money, that crap wont do you any good right now.

allrite ok day today drank water not as much as id like at some descent carbs but my fat intake today was about 1/3 saturated fat which i didnt like did
descent cardio got my heartrate goin but i think im givin up on wrestling its not that its hard or anything its that its not one of my goals. I think its taking time away from lifting and im afraid of falling behind on my lifting. I weighed in at 194 today about 5 pounds of that is my clothes and some more is water weight.

Big gimp.... actually ive been lifting for awhile(since last years summer i believe) but not as strict as i like and with minimal gains and im cutting down on some of the supplements like that glutamine and the aminos. Actually i think that the creatine and protein is helping alot i did all my lifts today quite easy so yea :D thanks for the input dude :thumbup:

Is there any reason that you do a lot of reps with less weight?
Maybe it's just me, but sets of 12 and 10 for squats is a little much. Why don't you cut it down to about 5 with heavier weight?

na the reason that im doing that many reps for right now is that our coaches want us to and i have no say so i have to stick with it for now and soon we'll start doin 5sets of reps 5 4 3 2 1 which i like alot :D

today was a really great day but sucky at the same time
today we did about 30 min of good cardio and then we went on to some SOCK WRESTLING which was the ****. AAaahwww there is nothing better than seeing a bunch of fat a$$ crawling all over each other to grab the others right sock off. This totally EXHAUSTED me and to boot didnt have my post shake with me. So i headed to the gym and it was quiet like creepy quiet i was the only one in there... well i headed to the lat machine and decided to start off with tricep pushdowns and so i put the pin on the 30 and began but as i got t o my 5th rep i realized they were extrordinarily easy and put the pin on the 40 and they were just right( to my surprise because yesterday i was struggling with 30) and i finished my 3*12 set then i went on to do incline DB press i felt nausieted and nearly fainted and left but iwas so happy that my tricep pushdown went up by 10 pounds!!!! p.s. i ran out of celltech and ganna go buy some more tomarow. ALSO that thermorexin works like magic gave me a pretty good energy boost 30 min after i took it and i am looking leaner than yesterday. ITS A PRODUCT TRUE TO ITS WORD :thumbup: :thumbup:

last week was when i started lifting hard again and i began to incorperate towel bench to my lifts and 2 days after i repped 135 for the first time ever. im not supplementing rite now. last week i started eating rite again and my weight was 204 and dropped to 196 today.
