What is the standard amount for each (percent?) I never worried about it before but I believe that this may be my problem in loosing weight. Not enough of protien and too much carb. Seems 50% of my diet is carbs... is this too much?

I like the 40/30/30 ratio. 40% protein, 30% carbs, and 30% fat when. I use this when cutting and bulking and it works well for me.

I mainly focus on getting 1-1.5G protien per lb of body weight getting about 30% of good fats and then the rest in slow burning carbs such as wheat and veggies....
