I work from 8 to 4 Monday to Friday.
I Train 3 day per Week (M,T,F)
I train around 5:00pm.

In the moment i am 202,5.11 fairly lean.

All my measurement are RAW.

8:00am (Shake=Oatmeal-2cup+ 2cup Optimun Nutrition)= 120g Carbs/70G protein


12:00 (Brown rice+ 2 chicken Breast) = 90g Carbs/70G Protein


3:00pm (Shake=Oatmeal-2cup+ 2cup Optimun Nutrition)= 120g Carbs/70G protein


4:30pm (Egg white-2cup+Fruit)=50G Protein

6:00PM (Post workout shake Dextrose+Optimun) = Carbs 70g/Protein 69G.

After 7:00 i stuff myself as much as possible.

At the end of the day i get around 300G Protein,500G Carbs.
