ok here is my question
iv'e been working out for a few months as u mention in my other threads but havent seen the results im looking for
my diet is semi-clean.
if i make it even cleaner watch what i eat like a hawk/train with heavy weights do you think i can reach my goal
of getting more cutt
considering im 127lbs/17/5'5 and last year i was 162lbs (over weight)
