OK, several people looked at my diet and told me I didn't have enough essential fats in it so I bouth some flax seed oil today. The container says 1 tablespoon a day, but what would you fellow lifters recomend? And when would be the best time?
Anytime except around workouts.
Have as much as you want, there's no limit.

Sorry if someone asked this question in another thread, but whats up with the flaxseed? Is it simply a form of healthy form of fat bodybuilders intake? Or is there more to it...

I could be wrong but I did think there were drawbacks to prolonged flax use and overdosages of it.
Everything in moderation. If your going to be supplementing with a lot of oil I'd recommend switching it up, there is a lot to chose from and Flax isn't the be all end all of oils. Mix in some Udo's, grape seed, olive, hemp, fish, nut, etc.... variety is king:)

I'm sure you're right. Water can kill you if you have enough of it. I don't think too many people are consuming anywhere near enough flax to be harmful though.
