Yeah, if you buy the right stuff, you can't go wrong. I absolutely love my Muscle Milk shakes, but this damn PSMF won't let me have them.

Has anyone here had good results with muscle milk? Is it just a protein shake or does it have other stuff in it? If so is it safe for a teen to take?

I have some at the moment. It's carb/protein/fat shake. So fairly high calories with quaility fat and protein components. Good for bulking. But I have found it clumps up when just used with a shaker. I can't stand lumps in my shakes so it's just sitting on the shelf at the moment since I'm too lazy to start blending it. :(

muscle milk is good. the whole claim to fame i guess is that they tried to create a formula that replicates breast milk, because breast milk increases growth. thats what that guy who sold it to me said, and thats what the back of the container says. i love the cookies and cream, its quite yummy. i do think it is the best shake ive had other then the myoplex shakes i buy at the gym from time to time. drink it with milk for more calories or with water for less. either way it tastes quite good. although i have never had any clumping problems at all with it, i find that it mixes easier then any other protein i have ever used.

I find all these recipies to try to make whey taste good to be futile. I have never concocted anything involving whey that taste remotely decent. I would much rather drink a shake (don't breathe through your nose and you can't taste it, you can finish a whole shake in 10-15 secs, it's not that bad) and eat a good tasting pudding than tolerate some recipie that most likely tastes like a$$

You've been using the wrong protein, then. There are plenty of ways to make a whey shake that has a taste that can rival a milk shake.
