 ............................................................ok...............

Your not fat. the lady I saw at the park today who took up half of one side of a picnic bench is fat. The same lady who tipped it over when her family got up off the other side......

LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh and guy who wrote this thread- you're not fat, eat more, it makes you big and strong.

EDIT: I'm laughing about the fat lady tipping the bench over, not the picture... so while I am a jerk, I'm not that big of one. Just in case anybody was confused.

Being 15, your body may be trying to grow naturally. I would raise the question..does a body your age use that many calories the same way as someone who is finished growing? Does it store those calories for all the growth you are doing? I'm no expert, but when I was 15, I cold sleep 16 hours a day without trying hard to do so. It's because I was growing fast. I went from 5 feet even at age 11 1/2 to 5'7 at 13 1/2..then by the time i was 15, I was at 5'10, and by 17 was 6'1...all that time I ate all the time..working at mcdonald's didn't help, but in that span I went from 125 to 240..you may be gaining a bit to store up for a spurt in height..i see people do it all the time..a guy i work with's son was getting husky, then over a summer he shot up tall..but that's just a possibility..right now is prime time to grow for you

BTW, he doesn't want to get any bigger than 145lbs since he has a kickboxing tourny -?in feb?- and needs to meet his weight class.

HAAH fat? Hardly, what's the the facial hair?

145lbs? So? Bulk to 160 now, start cutting a month in advance.
Got lots of time.

If you're fat, then I must be a lardass! What the hell makes you think you are fat? You need a reality check kid.

I think trying to stay in a weight class when you are growing is a mistake.

especially the weight class you are in.

Douche, my right tricep is strong than both your legs combined, mmmkay? ;)

As Pizdoff said, you could proably put on some pounds for a bit, then cut to a low BF to stay in the weight class. If you're scared about making the cut (get it!??! PUN!!!!) then maybe you shouldn't consider bulking until after.

I am 142ish now and the weight class is 143 and under, so I'm gonna stay my weight or try to until March . I'm still growing, is that unhealthy?

You'd be losing body fat and/or muscle mass, while at a low BF% to begin with. I dunno if it's unhealthy, but it's definately not healthy.
