Hi everyone, i've been browsing this site for a while now and i've decided to join the community as this is such a great and useful website!

Heres a pic of me, any comments will be appreaciated. Im 19 years old in the pic and i have recently turned 20 so i will post newer pics up when i tan up a little bit. Im about 5"10 and around 95kilos. Max Bench: 180kilos for one rep and 140kilos for 7reps. Bicep Curl: 68kilos for 8reps(clean form). Squat: Too embarrased to say, it's less then my bench :( well i deserve what i get for neglecting my legs when i started working out, i only started working on my legs about one and a half years ago(can you believe my ignorance?). DeadLift: I don't do them anymore, i stopped 2 years ago when i was lifting 145kilos for 8reps. Oh yeah and i am all natural however i plan to start my first cycle in a about a year.

Good looking arm, looks like you have some nice thickness also (hard to tell from the angle)

180Kg= 396 lbs in case anyone doesnt know, and that is a terrifying bench!!!!!

Yes im quite happy with my benchpress but it hasnt increased at all in the last 2 months, what do you guys think i should do? I was thinking maybe lay off the benchpress for a couple of months.
