if i workout 4-5 days a week not the same muscle every day tho

example

day 1:chest/bi's/tri's/
day 2:back/legs/shoulders

then swtich every other day.

also do days every other day also

IMO i would seperate leg day on it's own heavy muscle group takes a toll on you!

Everything I've ever been told on these boards is NOT to lift 5 days a week, your body needs rest. Lift every other day.
