Aerobic
Today I did my 2 mile run, really slow tho, only 18:35, pathetic

Anaerobic
Just 2 sets of 100 reps of crunch/situps, not bad, it felt pretty good

General Thoughts
Not a bad day, not a great day. Taking a break off weights, doing them too often. Just trying to stay in pretty good shape altogether, so if I keep going the way I am, I'll be more than fine.

Sparred with my coach for an hour.

General Thoughts

Pretty good, although I did get totally owned, I got a bloody nose and charly horse on my leg, but I was really tired at the end so I know it was good exercise. Also, I'm fighting better :D
