I know it sounds really gross, but I've been eating lowfat cottage cheese mixed with sugar free jelly before bed every night. Along with that I would eat 2 tablespoons of natty PB. One night I decided to mix it all together. It looks horrible, but it actually turns out being a great tasting snack.
Has anyone else tried this?
Is this a good snack right before I go to bed? The measurments are 1 cup of cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of sugar free jelly, and 2 tablespoons of natty pb. That's about 335 calories and around 30g of protein and 18g of fat.
