I know it sounds really gross, but I've been eating lowfat cottage cheese mixed with sugar free jelly before bed every night. Along with that I would eat 2 tablespoons of natty PB. One night I decided to mix it all together. It looks horrible, but it actually turns out being a great tasting snack.

Has anyone else tried this?

Is this a good snack right before I go to bed? The measurments are 1 cup of cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of sugar free jelly, and 2 tablespoons of natty pb. That's about 335 calories and around 30g of protein and 18g of fat.

What are your goals? Gaining weight? Losing fat? I'd throw in a couple of eggs to up the slow-digesting protein content.

Are you saying to just eat a couople of eggs in addition to this? Or are you saying to just crack them right into the cottage cheese?

My goal right now is to bulk, without putting on too much fat. I really don't want to gain too much in my mid-section. I'm at a 32" pant right now, and don't want that to get any bigger.

Cook your eggs - always.
