Home training day
45 minutes of Cardio
Dumbbell lifts on excercise Ball
Leg Lifts
Situps on the ball

Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal w/ splenda and 1 cup skim milk

Snack: ON Vanilla Protein Shake

Lunch:6 oz boiled chicken breast, 1 cup aspargus, 1 splenda sweetened applesauce

Snack: 1 Eas bar

Dinner: 9oz white fish, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup carrots

Snack: On Anabolic milk shake

my goals areto lose some weight but grow in the powerlifting area

Day off from gym..but did do 45 minutes of cardio and and some grip strength training

Breakfast: 1 cup Multigrain Cheerios. 1 Cup Skim Milk, 1 Bananna

Snack: 1 Homade Protein Bar

Lunch: Subway Tuna Sub 6" with all the veggies

Snack: ON Protien Shake

Dinner: 9oz Turkey Breast Cutlet, 1 Cup Brown Rice, 1/2 cup sweet peas

Snack: ON Anabolic Milk shake
