aight well sumemr ended and even though i had reached 161 14% BF i was not satisfied with the amount of muscle i had so i decided to bulk up clean for the frist time...my first cut went well i lost lbs from 178 to 161 and bf from 19-14 now its been since mid september and i am now at 171 with 16% bf tell me wut u think...i need to know if i am progressing in the rigth way comments of all kinds are encouraged

Your biceps, shoulders and triceps have definately grown, good work. You probably need to work your abs harder.

Looking good bro. Chest stands out to me like the last pics. Looks like you are on the right path with the bulk. Definetely could add more weight without looking like a fatty.

stretch marks stretch marks... great job man. pack on maybe 20 more lbs. hold it for a few months the cut it all off! :whip:

ooo ok whew LOL thankz guys see i was really thinkin about the bulk and i think lots of people make the mistake of bulkin too fast so they end up gaining lots of weight but theri strenght gains are not increased soo much...im tryin to up my weight in conjunction with my strength,,so far its been working,,,,ive had to change my routine to a 12 10 8 6 reps (total of 4 sets although i have had to use less weight...my endurance and strength is increaseing....my biceps increased from 15 ich to 15.5 so far also im tryin to maintain my 170grams of protein..ive been consuming more brown rice and wheat pita bread i dont get the hunger for sweets anymore :( LOL i used to consume on my cut gallon of ice cream by mysef within a week LOL and i still lost wieght :clap:

i was planning to go up to 185 is that a good goal...??? cause i know its gonna take more than one bulk to get where i wanan be...so id rather bulk to a point that isnt that hard to cut back

You look great but as others had said you need to start working your abs, or more. But the pecs and so forth look great, keep it up. Lookin pretty lean.

definitely can see progress in the newer, blurrier pics..better lighting..keep it up...over time...muscle maturity will kick in and you will look even better...aim for 200 at least...then start the cut...godd progress

thanks man i have a pic of when i started heh ill scan is later but just to see how much they have grown LOL when b4 i used to get exited cause i had a lil bump LOL oh yea and i am 6ft

yea man thast wut i was thinkin caue im only 19 and most guys my age that i know of inono they aint that bigg like when i talk to people that are really big at the gym they are 25 or 29 or 30....lol they dont belive i am 19 i guess thast a ggood thing :strong:

have u ever used it? like i used it b4 but like all out of order and stuff like not on a consistant basis and i did notice an increase but then when i stopped like inono went away...i also dont want to increase my bf too high..umm can anyone give me a brand thats good or like the recommended intake ? also i used to use celltech untill i just notiecd the reason i was gaining weight was that one serving is like 300calories heheh also most of that was sugar about like 70 grams ..so i dont wanna make the same mistake

heheh thanks man yea when i look at my b4 pics im just like wtf LOL...yes and it has changed my life...i guess u can say my confidence has shot up off the roof...and girls approach me more hehh ...plus i cant stop flexing LOL i know sounds stupid but its like an obsession to flex every time ur in front of the mirror heheh i just cant wait for my cut in feb or march i wanna see how far i cann really achive :smoke:

what i also love is the attention i get when i wear like a tank top LOL ...especially at the gym or at school..its like im like a celebrity LOL ..i like it when people ask me if i spend 5 hours a day in the gym and eat 2 cows a day LOl :p

Funny, that's pretty much what happened to me. And yeah, I'm the same way those months when the mirror is my best friend... Whatever you're doing, keep doing it, your progress seems to be accelerating.

yo latin..nah i dont have a scale like that wich tells you..it might be alil high now cause im bulking like mad..but at about 200 ill do a cut cycle wich should tone me up a bit..but for now i just need to gain weight..

aight im back i am officially 179 heheh oh yes almost to 185 so far the pants are ok not to tight like i thougth it would be umm since my bulk i have packed on about 17lbs here are some recent pics

You lose your V-taper when you bulk, but your bis seem to get way bigger, which I think you'll retain once you lean out again. Every time you lean out you look better than ever. Keep doing what yer doing.

yea i lost my abs too LOL oh well i seem to be getting bigger...i just wanan cut soo bad i cant show off nothing now LOL luclkily my pants fit the same...yea i think i have grown in my biceps traps and overall lats and back chest is ok legs are the same well see when i reach 185 then drop to 165...i will up my sets to this

thast wut my bodybuidiing friend at the gym suggested..and upping my intake on water from 1 gallon to about 2...also cut carbs slowly like i had my first cut and do cardio everytday for 30min as well as abs...long way to go but i will do it

aight well since i wanted to work more during the break i had dropped to 175lb tuttut took me a weelk but im back to 180 now 5lbs more to go...ooo tip for everyone if u wanan gain the last extra lbs GO FOR BAGELS !!! LOl around 260-350 per bagel now im consuming around 3 heheeh not to mention 3 servings of rice and of cosuer 3 chicken breasasts can of tuna and protein shake and c ottage cheese

Standing alternating dumbbell curls 4 sets reps of 12 10 8 6

Cardio should be like this (treadmill or boxing bag or elliptical)
10 seconds of sprinting or intense movement then
15 seconds at a very slow pace
Then continue the 10 sec then 15 sec intervals for 10-15 min

now when i start my cut hopefully by the end of feb..i will switch to

the same schedule except instead of 4 sets of 12 10 8 6 it will be 4 sets of 25 20 18 15 also i will start doing cardio 3 times a week then jump to everyday also i will do abs evreyday

thanks, got it.

i was looking for a change and I will try your ultra high rep routine. I have noticed my body responds better to high rep and full body workouts. I found that in my short tryst with UD2. And I will introduce heavy wt low rep every now and then for strength.

yea man i used to do low reps of 6 but i feel i get more out of 12 10 8 6 now i wanan see wut will hpapen during my cuti with teh 25 20 18 15 im starting at teh end of this month
