How long is safe to stay on a cutting diet? I've been on one for about 1 1/2 weeks now. Also, does caffeine really help a lot?

What do you mean "safe"? Why is cutting unsafe at all?

I've been losing weight slowly for 3 months. Dropped nearly 15lbs.
Because I do it slow, I don't feel it's hurting my gains.

I guess cutting really isn't unsafe Vido seeing as how it's just lowering your intake of calories to a level below what you need to build muscle. Good point. Is it better to cut and then put on mass or put on mass and then do one big cut once you're where you want to be?

Which, in your opinion, produces the best results? Or maybe faster results?

depends on your goals.

surely cutting will remove some of your hard earned muscle, so therefore if u plan ahead and say 'i wanna be 180lbs' and then bulk up to 195..
you could cut quickly knwoing that losing a few lbs of muscle is ok?

i expect to overgain on my bulk, and im happy to have a little excess since i could cut right down in a month (a whole 2-3lbs a week) what would take 3+ months if i cut sparingly (say 1lb a week).
