:shoot: it's too much of a pain to view.....you gotta register for that other forum and all.....I don't suspect you will get many comments.

You look good, man. The midsection needs a bit of work, though. It's hard to tell how lean you are, but there's a definite lack of ab definition considering the clean cuts elsewhere... what do you do for those muscles?

Everything else looks good and proportional.. nice work man.

why not just post them on here instead of linking to another website?

well, in that picture i wasn't flexing them at all. that's something that i have to work on, posing. my ab development is lacking a little compared to everything else but that's also where i store the most fat. i think that my calves, hams, and abs are what needs the most work. thanks for the imput!

thanks. yeah, i'd agree that my FDB is definately the most improved. i'd say that i just got a bunch of overall thick mass in that area compared to have i used to have.

I'd say your right arm definatley looks alot bigger than your left but you look great all around. how long have you been working out total and what were your stays when you began?

which pic are you refering to? the old ones were definately bad lol. but i think it's a .5" difference. they have the same strength but it's just that my left doesn't peak quite as well. the outer head of the bi just doesn't want to pop up.

when i started lifting i was 130. i was such a toothpick lol. my elbow joint was bigger then my bicep area. i was pretty freaking small. i think i've been lifting for 4-5 years now. maybe a little longer but i've taken some long breaks inbetween.

I think you look good as well but I would say perhaps your chest is a bit smaller than your other muscles. Also the abs seem to be a bit puffed out. Don't know if you're on cycle in those picks but it certainly gives you the look of gh/dbol gut.

Huge shoulders... impressive change for only 1 1/2 years in those comparison pics.

How did you get your shoulders so freaking huge compared to the rest of you.

i'm holding quite a bit of water in those pics as well as having not so greatly developed abs... and not flexing them lol... i'll try to get ahold of a cam and send in some more pics.

good genetics. they've always grown easily and stayed up where they need to be.

my chest is smaller compared to the rest, that's something that ive been working to bring up. i've made quite a bit of progress in that area too... but have more to go.

I love heavy incline dumbell presses/flyes for chest. I've made huge gains using my special incline dumbell press.

I start out like a normal dumbell press, then I rotate my palms in on the way up (just a quarter turn / 90').... start the rotation almost immediately so it turns in to a semi-fly movement.

I've been doing 80-100lb dumbells and it really makes my chest sore unlike any other exercise. I just started doing the 100's and only did them 2-3 times, but it feels great.

I have to do this exercise with 2 spotters, to hand me the weights. (AND IS THE ONLY WAY I WOULD RECOMMEND DOING IT) But its great if you have 2 people to hand you the heavy weight and spot you properly.

well, lately, i've been doing chest like so...

warm up 25 reps, warm up 15 reps, then 3 sets 8 reps with 245, then i goto incline dumbbells. i usually do the 100's for 8 (without spotter) but somtimes i do the 115's (my gym jumps in weights from 100-115) with one spotter. i don't have a problem kicking the weights up. i can do dumbbell press with 95's for sets of 6-8. and i think i'm going to try the 100's this week for 6. my friend who is 40lbs heavier (all muscle) and a little shorter needs sombody to hand him the 90's when doing shoulders. no prob with incline though. i just think it depends on how you're body composition is set up.

fogot to mention when i do chest, i don't go all the way down to my chest. i bring it down to about 1 inch off my chest and the push it up but i don't lock out completely. this way my chest is getting constant tension. when i do these reps i go extremely slow and completely controlled.

also, when i first stared doing the 115 i had to have somebody hand me the weights. but i think maybe once you get certian muscles more developed you won't have a problem with that.

Lokkin thick bro. 115s are serious! I've hit 121 for 3 reps on flat. Do you do security work as your nickname suggests? Had any run ins? How u handle yourself?

security1769
11-25-2004, 09:35 AM
yeah, i haven't done the 115's on falt. and i usually do bench first when i do chest. but maybe i'll hit incline first this week and see what happens. the whole security thing lol... well, i was trying to get somebody's email pssword so i made this one up lol. and then i just kept it and used it for everything hah. but actually, i used to bounce. i did it for 2 years at two different places. wed-sat. i've had some fun haha... it's pretty much the only way to beat people at a club and not get kicked out haha. i kinda miss it now, but i got to bounce last night to help out one of the clubs that i used to work at cause of the whole thanksgiving break thing. i put some kid to sleep haha... i put him in a headlock and as soon as i goto to the door (probably 15 feet) he started gettig really heavy so let him go... right at the top of some steps. he fell to his knees and then started leaning towards the steps... by that point i realized that he passed out lol. so i had to grab him before he fell down them... though that would have been pretty funny. there are so many stories. this one was nothing compared to some lol.

just an update...

i hope to have some pics up, but they're just from my camera phone, nothing great. i'm at 210 right now (cutting slightly lol). got up to about 220 but was sick of eating alllll the time lol. i did 120's on incline dumbbell for a set of 9, then 7 and then the 115's for 8. the last time i squat i got 365 for solid sets of 8, ass to the floor. i haven't been able to squat lately because of tendonitis in my knee... it sucks... i'm missing them like crazy. but i've been blasting the legs away still with other exercises. bodyfat is probably right around where the other pics were. i'll try to get some more pics up soon :)

What's your weight in the earlier comparison pictures? Basically looks like my body. ****. Was that pre and post cycle, basically? IE, are the first natty?
