Hey everyone, I want to get more serious about lifting and I thought this whole online journal thing might be a good way to get me going. Heres the low down on me so far. Ive been lifting for 7 strong months now. Im usually at the gym 5 days a week. Im currently bulking until march and then I plan on cutting before summer gets here. I'm 6'2, around 178 ibs or so. I take Atlarges creatine 500, and Nitrean. Some goals of mine are to be around 195-200 ibs by the end of my bulk and to be benching 225. Right now im at 190-195. A short term goal of mine on bench is to get 200 before December 2nd(my 18th birthday).
The main reason I am doing all of this is to get more organized about my routine, I need to get more strict about it, and not just go to the gym with no clue of what excercises I'm goona do. Another reason is to get my diet in check. I need to write down all that I eat and try to eat healthier. We'll hafta see how this works out...
