Well, its been 12 weeks or so of not lifting due to a car accident on Augest 30th where I sustained neck and back injuries, which I continue to suffer from due to half assed doctors and chirpractors whom must believe my main goal is to aquire a bottle or two of muscle relaxers, pfft thats why god made the internet....anyhooo I've shrunken from a solid 200 pounds to a pussified 175 struggling to maintain weight and strength. Diet has been horrible, I think i've eaten more candy in the last few weeks than in the last four years of my life.

Depression has set in and needs to be dealt with. So, It seems I need a good kick in the ass. I'm awainting yet another doctor appointment to see if I can get some decent treatment and get on with my life, but in ther interum my diet and what limited lifting i do needs to be put in order. Also i need a constant reminder to stop my chewing habit...damn tobacco...

My lifting has been mainly light upperbody work, havnt worked legs in months  as i plan this out I will post more. One of the large hampers of this has been the limited sleep, although i recived a script to elavil, which mainly knocks my ass out for a day or two and makes my jaw hurt so ****ing bad i cant eat.

I need to realign and correct my diet, which will be posted soon, hopefully after i get done with my ****ty job tonight....

Mitch out!

Welcome back to the site, dude. You've been missed. I was really sorry to hear about your accident. Losing 25lbs when you are already a lean guy totall sucks. Those lifts were looking great too.

Anway, stick around and we'll give you the motivation to get back into it. BTW, I'm catching up on you on those db presses. :D

supplements using:
ALA
whey
multi vitamins
kava kava
creatine

and then theres the dip, which im having a hell of a time kicking.....

Notes:
I am extremely careful with my back and neck and strictly follow form becuse I never want to **** my back up again. I also do "yoga" positions for my back and stretch pretty much every day.
I still occasional get the vein running down my leg, along with tingling toes, along with muscle spasms that can keep me up at night, but every doctor visit only adds frustration and wastes my time, so i am careful and watch my form and self along with posture.

[random thoughts]
well, it seems I may have come to a crossroads, pending the results of my test that should be here tomarrow or tuesday, I will be able to quit my job which for the last year and a half has been literally eating my soul. Even so, I am filled with glee, adn immense anxiety at what is to come....I know once I quit the current job hell will freeze over before I am allowed to return to it, and I hope the new job will fit me as I believe it will. My main hope is that at the very, very least I dont hate myself for working at the new job, even if it sucks, like I do at my current job...

legs lookin' strong. I haven't done back squats in a while..front squats are my friend lately.

grizzly...disgusting...Im chewing timberwolf peach a bigger can and runs $1.49-$2.99 depending where I am, other than that its Kayak Apple at $1.59 a can.
*takes a dip*

I've decided to put more focus in my squats vs. my deads over the next few weeks, I'd like to get it back up to where I was at 375 at 6-8 reps, although historically I gain strength fastest at lower rep squatting, I have decided to invest in my second(!) true belt, the first was the wrong size at XL and doesnt fit the company never replace it for a L as I had asked, I currently commit a sin by using a **** beige belt....

Well, I quit my job today, walked in as said to my supervisor:

"Why not, whats going on?"- he said
I quit.-then I turned around and walk straight out the door. at least there wasnt a scene or a big **** in the end. I start my new job wensday morning, Im looking forward to it.:)

good session went in at 330 pm, it was freaking packed in the gym. I skipped abs because so many hardcore ab workers/junkies were using them, I would just get in the way. One gal wore the perfect stiff legged deadlift shorts, what a view of camel toe, there was also the hottest trainer ever, black hair and south american- very sexy....the only downside is she know jack **** about training, the guy she was training probally knew but didnt care-to be honest nor would I.
I start at 745 am tomarrow, thats going to suck especially with 1 hour drive, but I still cant wait.
I also aced a final today, excellent.
