Stupid question first, I've seen it in a ton of posts.....What is natty PB? I know it's peanutbutter but what is natty?
The other question, in your opinion what the best meal replacement out there? I'm looking for one I can take at work between lunch and going home. Gotta be something really easy I can just mix up with milk since I don't have a blender or any fancy stuff at work.
Thanks!
Natty peanut butter means the only ingredients are "peanuts" or "peanuts and salt...there's no preservatives or hydrogenated oils.
Make your own food before work, whether it be a shake or meal.

Can you find natty pb at a regular grocery store or do you have to go to a specialty/health food store?

you can find it at probably 99% of the grocery stores now a days... but you can also find them at health "organic" type sores such as trader joes.

probably the most commonly found natty PB is Smuckers Natural PB. I'd look for that.... if you're not used to it, it's a little different and the oils will separate. If you're like most people, once you get used to it, it won't make a difference at all.
Nitrean mixes well in a shaker bottle and tastes good with milk IMO.

I want to thank you guys for turning me onto natty pb. I went and bought some of the Smuckers today. Good sh#t! And it's not all sweet like regular pb is. I'm stoked about it. Thanks again for turning me onto that. Is there anywhere online where you can get it cheaper?
I don't know if you can order PB online. Get it from a store like Costco, or whatever the equivalent is down there.

We have Costco and Sam's Club. Do they sell natty pb there?

If they don't sell it directly, they sell peanuts, blenders, and rubber spatulas.
Make your own.

I'll just stick to buying it already made.
