I'm 135 pounds, trying to get stronger and bigger, but not really a humungous "bulk." I'd like to eventually get to 145-150, but I'm not in any rush.
I've read a lot of places that 15 calories per pound of bodyweight is what you need to build muscle, so this comes out to be around 2025 calories for me.
This doesn't seem like that much....is it enough to build muscle?
