Hello everyone, I have a question. I am 15 years old and way 165 lbs. I have been lifting since the first of the year and have noticed some results like i have toned up a bit, but I need to gain size. I am playimng football for the first time this year, and the offseason workouts are about to start. What is a good meal plan that I can be on to gain some size? Now remember, I am a teenager, and it is hard for me to get all of that fancy stuff like you older guys eat. So please give me some ideas. Thanks in advance.

Eat lots of whole grains, oatmeal, tuna fish, eggs, milk, cottage cheese, lean beef, chicken, peanut butter, milk, fruits and veggies. None of these foods are fancy, theyre just basic. Eat about 6 meals a day, with breakfast being the biggest meal, and make sure to get lots of protein after you finish working out.
