I see a big improvement in the bis, and a bit in the legs... but the back double bi is looking the same. Have you gained strength? Keep at it man, keep eating you'll get huge.

I get an error when I try to look at your old pics, so I don't really have a frame of reference. You're looking pretty lean though, and considering you're still adding size, I'd say keep at it man. Sounds like you're doing a good job.

Def see improvments mate, cant get through to those old pics but I rem you, yer biceps def look much larger.
Are you lifting with a lot of reps and not so heavy a weight? Or smaller reps and higher weight?

perhaps I should post this in your journal...but depending on your goals...I would reccomend sticking with the basics in order to gain a good base...focus on thickness and mass instead of lines for right now...just a piece of advice..you will benefit in the long run..by the way you definitely improved...keep gaining weight...you are looking much better

Jes man they're pretty muscular legs you got there, you seem to be doing something right in that department for sure or were your legs always like this?

You can see you've gained weight. Definitely need to keep eating though.
