Dr.Berstein Diet

A friend asked me about this diet, apparently its a very low calorie (900kcals) per day diet and they inject B6 and B12 directly into your fat cells. I can only imagine this is to speed up beta oxidization but I was wondering if anyone has heard more about it or knows or some websites, thanks

Doesn't B12 increase appetite? I can't imagine eating only 900 cals using that.

If I were on a diet where I could only eat 900 cals a day I would be able to stick to it for about 10 hours.

2) extremely catabolic

3) "Class Action Lawsuit" has been filed on this clinic for giving B12 injections of 3000-4000

I was working at a GNC the summer he was really big and I have heard too many horror stories...

oh sure...people lose weight

but bone mass is weight and ladies especially can lose 5-10lbs of bone easily

men lose lots of muscle

and they tell you not to exercise while following this plan
