today im starting a new journal, i havent updated my old one for like 3 months so thats gone.
ive just set a ton of new PRs in the past month so i guess its good that i start while im still getting stronger. as of right now my gym pr's are about:
squat: around 470-480, just going off projected maxes
bench: only 265, on a good day. a competition worthy bench would be like 245. after that it gets kinda sloppy.
dead: just set a new pr today @ 505!
note these are all without suits, just a belt.
im not really gonna lift much until after thanksgiving, probably only twice more until next monday. i just wanted to get this up while i was off my ass lol.

well i successfully got fat and gained 4.5 lbs this weekend without working out once! and i have a meet in like 13 days, wonderful! im at 218 right now, i cant gain any more weight for 2 weeks. at least i gained 4.5 lbs of good healthy foods instead of the normal trash i eat. tomorrow i start lifting again, i hope to train in my squat suit at least 2 times before the meet.

tuesday: did a bunch of singles in squat and hang clean. thats all.
squat: 135x10 225x6 315x5 365x3 405x1 415x1 445x1 all were good. did last 3 in my suit
hang clean: (only 2 sets:() 165x8 240x5
ive never cleaned 240 before, but today i somehow figured how to pull myself under the bar and did 5 easily.

wednsday: worked on competition type bench press. slowly down with a one second pause, even bar on the way up.

monday: a good day :)
bench: 170x10 185x8 210x10 215x1 230x1 250x1 275x1 all were good meet quality lifts too, save the 275, which i didnt pause on!
db incline: 60x9 65x8 70x7
tricep cable pd's: 75x8x3
shoulder press: 115x9 135x8 145x7
db flies: 30x9 35x8 40x7
and im 218lbs right now, im under weight! what a great day.

deadlift: 225x3 315x3 405x2 455x1 495x1 515x1 and the 515 went up w/o a fight, a 3-white-light lift.
squat: 135x8 225x7 315x4 365x3 405x2 425x1 445x1
i dont know if i want to continue using my suit... i did the 365 and under all raw, with a belt on 365... when i put my suit on for the 3 400+lb lifts, it felt way too hard for what it was. ive dont 455 w/ just a belt, and it felt a lot more solid than the 425 w/ a suit. i think this may be because of the fact that my suit doesnt fit perfect. i can almost get it on myself, the straps are too long. just 3 squats though and my hips are bruised, so the lower part cant be too small (i hope!) i will see if im going to use my suit on my meet saturday or not... no biggie one way or the other.

AHHHHHH havent thought about this for almost a month! thats okay because i was out of town for 2 weeks over the holiday anyways. i just started lifting again last week. i have now been lifting for a full year, and all my maxes have gone up a LOT.
i maxed out in bench on monday and got 285lbs 2 times, projected at 300 lbs, so i have finally (though not in a single) broken the 300lb mark! in squat i also upped my pr 5 rep max despite only squatting about 3 times in the last month. i did 410x5 like it was cake. hang clean is staying the same, and i assume that my deadlift is rising as well because my hammies and low back are getting plenty of workout on rdl/s and other such exercises.
i got a meet next friday (10 days away) and im hovering at about 225 bodyweight. thats a pleasant surprise because i just started taking creatine again 3 weeks ago, and the first time i started it i gained 10lbs in water weight.

maxed on hang clean today,
got a new pr projected max at 265, or 245x3... but i could easily add 50lbs if i improved my terrible terrible form. oh well my projected max has gone up 23 lbs in 2 months...

btw, that reminds me that i need a job. my creatine is half gone and i would also like to start taking some protein again. but i dont want a job. but i wannabebig....
oh well i guess i can go be a telemarketer 20 hrs a week.

i weighed at 217.5 today, good news since i have a meet on friday! ive been back on creatine for about a month, and i have experienced strength increase but no weight increase. a good thing!
ps i got a job as a telemarketer to support my creatine/protein..............er i mean steroids :)

ok im going to try to actually use this thing now instead of just babbling and posting my last sets.

box dips: 44lbs in lapx10 88lbs in lapx8 132lbs in lapx6 176lbs in lapx4
i also tried partial presses. they were terrible. my arms werent that tired, so i dont know what the deal was. i had the pins about 3 inches off my chest. i had a bar w/ 225 on the pins. i could only do like 4 reps and they were very hard and very iffy. i wonder is that my sticking point or what?

leg day today, squat is definantly getting better!
back squat: 135x8 340x7 365x6 405x5 - - - - last set was way too easy. i bet 420 wouldve gone for 5.

no lifting today, just an hour of cardio. i hate cardio. cardio sucks.

ahhh too much benching today! and we need bigger dumbbells at my gym. they only go up to 80's.
incline bench: 135x7 175x6 205x4 180x5

flat bench: 195x7 225x6 250x3
shoulder press: 115x7 125x6 135x5 arms are dead
then i went to the local military fieldhouse w/ a couple friends and tried a bunch of machines. did some machine work on abs triceps and lats... oh and also chest flies. i think i hit my chest pretty hard today :)

thanks man. i got 470squat, 285bench, and only 500dl (i did my 3rd deadlift at midnight though :)) all raw. i made a post in general discussion if you want more info.
today == legs. i think ill hit my goal of 525 on march 5th RAW at the rate im going, i feel like this is my first month of squatting, thats how rapidly my squat is improving.
back squat: 135x5 350x5 375x5 415x5 (morning)
185x5 225x10 315x10 405x3 425x3 455x1 475x1 (evening)
gm's: 135x5 205x5 225x5
upright row: 115x5x3
bb shrugs: 185x5 225x5 275x5 300x5
ez bar preacher curls: 65x5 75x5 85x5 my biceps = the weakness
i did the 405x3 and 425x3 squat sets w/o a belt, i think that means my core is getting stronger. i didnt bend over at all. im getting pretty solid. im so happy that i hit the 475x1 so easy after 2 heavy hard squat workouts. i think 495 will go for a ride now whenever i want it to. sweet :)

ughhhh............................................ i had an off day today and i still feel tired and stiff.

got new db's in the gym finally. before they only went up to 80's, now we have 85, 90, 95, and 100's.
incline bench press: 115x10 155x6 176x6 195x5
db bench: 70'sx6 85'sx6 100'sx5 it feels good to be using more than 80's finally
skulls: 65x6 75x6x2

various back and bicep machines, also a little lat work on machine.
weights at 229 on fancy electronic scale. i can easily cut 10lbs though at least, if i wanted i could probably diet down to 210 within a month. but i dont want to :)
