Myoplex and Met-Rx recommend their MRP's for post-workout, but looking at the nutrition facts it has about a 2:1 ration of protein to carbs. Don't you want the opposite of that after a workout?
after workout you want more carbs then protein
it depends, if you sipped on a carb drink like Gatorade during your workout, that formula might be perfect for post-workout
