View Full Version : Year and a half out. 2 months in, pics.

I took a year and a half off, i'm not sure why...stupidity i think. Anyways, i finally got my hands on a camera. In these pics i'm about two and a half months into my routine, and finally consistent with my routine and diet. I have no clue about my Bf, and/weight. Sense i have access to a camera i'll be updating this often, i hope. No leg shots yet, sorry :(

Don't look too bad at all mate, infact pretty good, lean still, get back into it and keep updating so can follow your progress.

Very lean, but very skinny. Not much musclemass. Start the bulk.

just keep at it! no more breaks like that. but i do have to admit that i'm guilty of that too... eat eat eat and train train train!!!

i'm currently bulking, i think i gained about 5 pounds in about 2 months or so. I'm happy with that.

i am russian, i thinkt he sidekick was mongolian. I probably have some mongolian in me. Plus, i'm 1/4 gypsy.

You have the same body type I did before I started lifitng (I weighed 137lbs when I was 22yo! With 11.5" Bi's). I got up to 180lbs, before cutting to 171lbs So you can do it if I did!

how tall are you gympunk, I'm 5'7, i'm not sure how much i weight, i've gained a couple of pounds sinse those pics. I'd say i'm somewere between 143 - 148. My goal is to get up too 165 by the end of school year. But I doubt my buddy can reach 180.

Looking good very lean. You can do a pure bulk and not worry abou the fat for sure. I'd try to concentrate on the traps and chest, they're my weak points also. Since everyone says it to me I'll edd it to you EAT! lol

I'm 5'9.5"...You can do it!! Hit 180lbs, but 165 is a good goal for now!!! If it's like it was with me, people will really notice when you start to gain Lbs....

I agree 165lbs is a realistic and achievable goal that will make you look a fair bit bigger.

when i first started working out before i took a year and a half off, i was 17 and i think i weighted under 110 lbs. I went up to about 135 - 140, i was really happywith my results. And you can tell a big difference in my posture and size. So i think if i can hit 160 - 165 i'll be pretty good goal for new years. After new years once i get back into school, second semester, i'm planning on eating 5000 cals a day for two weeks, than maybe taking a week off and eating about 3500 to 4000 cals. Than for the next week i'll do 5000 cals again. Eventually i'll begin to eat 5000 cals on average, Its a bitch for me to eat above 3000 cals. BUt i think if i can muster in 5000 cals for a good month i'll gain weight quite quickly.

My chest is diffentaly the weaker point, but i always though my traps were coming a long nicely with the rest of me. :scratch:
