Going to try a psmf style diet...to see what kind of results i can get.

I will be monitoring my blood sugar daily...every few hours...will start bringing my tester to work with me so if i have a low blood sugar i can take something and correct it.

blood sugar this morning-78
weight this am 248

this will be my diet for today (will vary depending on when i workout)

meal 1
2 scoops nitrean
1 can tuna fish

meal 2
6 oz chicken
2 scoops nitrean

meal 3
6 oz chicken

meal 4

1 can tuna

supps taken
6g fish oil 2g in meal 1,3 and 4
1000 mg vitamin c
vitamin b complex

split will be as follows

sunday chest and biceps
monday cardio
tuesday-back
wednesday-cardio
thursday-legs
friday-shoulders and triceps
saturday-cardio

will try to do cardio after all lifting sessions also

saturday will be the refeed day..at least check bodyfat was 18.6%...will take a new set of pics next sunday then every sunday after

goal is 12% bodyfat...which i assume would be somewhere between 215-220

i am hoping with the psmf that i can come close to reaching this close to the new year.

hammer curls

then did 30 minutes on the bike level 6 burned 178 calories

i am bonking already this is going to be rough

ryuage: thanks man...i think the food intake will be fine it is the blood sugar that frightened me before

blood sugar at 230 was 51 this was 2.5 hours after eatng..to compensate i ate 2 packages of smarties..

will try to check the bodyfat tomorrow...as the abs are coming in clearer...so i think i am beow 18% now

Well man, good luck! IMO PSMF is the easiest diet there is. Cravings are a bit of an issue but just kick them in the ass and you'll be fine. As far as hunger, I wasn't hungry very often on it because I knew my next meal was either chicken, egg whites, or tuna :(

Anyways, good luck bro, you should come close to your goal by New Years.

i did 25 minutes on the treadmll

went 2.3 speed for 20 minutes and 2.5 for 5 minutes

burned 114 regular calories and 32.6 fat calories

damn i feel like my head is going to explode...

Last night was fairly miserable, but nothing I can't handle. Definitely tired as well. We'll see how long I can go without refeeding.

i am refeeding each week...i dont think i could last on a diet like this much longer then that lol..the fat just drops off you like crazy on this diet though i am surprised

You are looking much better than before, that's for sure! I'm not quite certain that you've hit the 18% mark just yet though. Take a look at Pete's picture, he's about 18% (http://64.191.89.22/attachment.php?attachmentid=14158). You're definitely getting there though! Not too far off. :)

weight is down to 238.10 pounds total lost so far this week..i am back to where i was a few weeks ago...only leaner...i am sure it will start to level off a little...but for now this is fricking awesome i am losing 2 to 3 pounds every day...does any one know how much should i expect to gain from the refeed?

the number you will gain will vary greatly but dont be too surprised at whatever your weight is after you refeed.... its more then likely just water/glycogen

well talk about temptation city...today on the way back from court we stopped to eat...at Olive Garden (they are my favorite restaurant.

and i had................................................................................................. .................................................................................................... .................................................................................................... ....................................................................chicken and romaine...no cheese no dressing...so this didnt change my calories at all except for maybe 2g of carbs for the 1 cup of romaine.

my wife was so mean eating readsticks and **** like they were the greatest thing in the world....mean ass biatch...

at least i stayed strong and didnt cheat...go me :)

*damn what a difference between 400- and 420 felt like a house sitting on my shoulders

then did 35 minutes on the bike at level 6 burned 203 calories went 12.60 miles

Good work on the cardio, mang. I agree with Jake, when you feel ready, start bumping up the speed a tad, but don't make it into a jog. You then lose the fat-burning benefits of low intensity cardio and you turn it into teh dreaded catabolic nightmare of medium intensity *dun dun dun!* But I feel ya on the energy, cardio is so gay and it gets me mega tired. But we're fighters, gotta tough it out so the babes will do us.

I am going to stay on the psmf diet until the 31st...then i will either start maintenace or bulking...i am wanting to get some help designing the bulk program...so i can minimize fat gains and gain as much muscle as possible..hopefully between now and the first i will make my goal of 210-215 but if i dont i am still coming off psmf and going back to the old split.

weight is down to 233 today...it appears that i may have gained some muscle over the weekend..in the crappy back pic that i took (wont post till get better pic) my back looks leaner and the muscularity is showing more.

today is leg day and hopefully 2 cardio sessions.
